FAQs

Who will manage my home service project?

For most home service projects, our co-founder Mamie will manage your project. She’s been in charge of hundreds of projects since O&M began, and can answer any and all questions you have about the job.

Do you do new home construction?

Unfortunately, new home construction is pretty much the only service we don’t offer. We can, however, recommend you another contractor if you’d like. Contact us here.

Are your roof inspections really free?

Yup, 100% free. We won’t charge you a dime for a roof inspection. That means no hidden fees, no contracts to sign, and no obligations from you. If we inspect your roof and you decide to work with someone else, no problem!

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing through your choice of Hearth, Greensky, Sunlight Financial, or Synchrony for all of our construction projects. Please contact us for more information on financing.

What type of insurance do you accept?

We accept all forms of insurance. So long as your roof is covered under your homeowner’s insurance, we’ll help you file that claim free of charge!

What home services do you provide?

We offer a variety of home services including home remodeling, additions, gutters, siding, installation services, fences and much more! Please browse the home services tab for more information on what we provide and work we’ve done.

What products do you offer?

We offer a variety of roofing materials, from shingles, slates, shakes, metal, and more! You can view a full list of products and brands on our product page here.
