What happens if my roof does not qualify for a claim?

Unfortunately, many insurance companies try their best to deny claims, or sometimes make the requirements for “sufficient damage” unreasonably high. O&M will fight for you to get your claim approved, but if the claim is denied then your only choice is to pay out of pocket.
